What the pickup form collects, who gets it, and what this website does and doesn’t do with its visitors.

What the form collects

The pickup form on the home page asks for three things: a pickup address, a phone number or email address to confirm the pickup, and, if you like, your shop name. It also has a hidden field that people never see. It is there to catch spam bots, and a request that fills it in is dropped and nothing is sent.

What comes with a request

The email we receive also shows when the request was sent and the IP address it came from. The IP address is also used to limit how many requests one network can send in a minute, and it goes to the captcha check.

Who gets it

A small program on Cloudflare checks the request and emails it to ETAlabs Supply. We use what you send to confirm the pickup. The program can send email to that one address only.

Whether anything is stored

Apart from that email, the site doesn’t save what you send: it has no database and no other storage for requests. Cloudflare’s rate limiter counts the requests from each network for a short time.

The captcha

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a captcha. Its code loads from challenges.cloudflare.com when you scroll close to the form or click into it. Only the home page has the form, so no other page loads it. Our server then asks Cloudflare to check the result, and sends your IP address with that request.

Cookies and analytics

Our pages and scripts set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or tracking code. The fonts are on this site, so your browser doesn’t contact a font service. The captcha is Cloudflare’s own code, not ours.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Logging is switched on for the site’s program, and our code adds to those logs only when something fails, with the error message. It never writes the form’s fields to them.

Asking for deletion

To ask us to delete a request you sent, contact ETAlabs Supply through the form.
