Questions about selling screens

How our LCD buyback works for repair shops in the Toronto area: what we buy, how pickup works and how we pay.

What is LCD buyback?

Repair shops sell us the original screens they take out of customers’ phones. Cracked glass is fine. The screens get refurbished instead of thrown away, and the shop earns a little on every repair.

Do you buy screens with cracked glass?

Yes. Shattered glass gets full price as long as the display underneath shows a clean picture and touch works.

Which screens do you buy?

Original iPhone screens from the iPhone X to the iPhone 17 series, and original Samsung Galaxy S and Note screens from the S9 to the S26. We also buy iPhone and Samsung motherboards. Every model and price is on the board.

Do you buy aftermarket or copy screens?

No. We only buy original screens.

What if the display is damaged or touch doesn’t work?

We still pay for it. Screens with no picture, lines, black spots or ink bleeding have their own prices, and so do Samsung screens whose touch doesn’t work. Both lists are under “What decides the price”.

Where do you pick up?

Anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. We only buy in person: we come to your shop and pick up the screens.

Do I need an account, or a list of what I’m selling?

No. Send your pickup address with the form. We collect the boxes, check every screen and pay per screen at the prices on the board.

How do you pay?

In cash, at pickup. We pay the same day we pick up your screens.

How often do prices change?

Often, because they follow the market. The board shows the date of the last update.

Got a box of screens?

We come to your shop anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area and pick up in person. No account, and no need to list what’s in the boxes.
